Buying
When you have found a property that you would like to purchase, the Real Estate Agent will provide you with a Section 32 Vendor Statement. The Section 32 Vendor Statement is a 'story' on the property and should disclose all of the required information including, but not limited to title description, building permits issued at the property (if any), zoning information and details of Council rates.
Before purchasing a property we offer to review the Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale free of charge to make you aware of any vital information regarding the property together with important conditions that may be contained in the Contract of Sale. No matter how many properties you look at , we are more than happy to review the Section 32 Vendor Statement for you free of charge each and every time.
After you have made your purchase and Contracts have been signed, Sunnyoaks Conveyancing will guide you through the process all the way to settlement day.
